Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for return:

1. The work must be in its original condition and undamaged.

2. The return must be made within 15 calendar days after receiving the product.

Return process:

1. Send an email to: contact@sillerobregon.art indicating the title of the work and the reason for the return.

2. You will receive detailed instructions for returning the product.

3. Once we receive the artwork, the refund process will begin.

Refund:

1. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. The refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exceptions:

1. Personalized or custom-made works are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged works will not be accepted for return.
